The Women-Led Collection highlights coffees grown and managed by women-led farms, where over 75% of producers are women. This project seeks to identify the challenges faced by women in the coffee chain and create sustainable solutions to improve their quality of life. The Right Way Collection honors farmers who have chosen a new path — leaving behind illicit crops to grow coffee with integrity, sustainability, and pride.
